Halloween......

We are delighted with our newest Larriers!
They have worked so hard in class that they were able to bring in their favourite toys today! Well done men!

Science Experiments!!!!!

Second class are transforming into scientists for 20121 Check out the cool experiments they have carried out so far!

The boys used lemonade, water and raisins to see if they could get their raisins to dance!!!!!

The class Hyacinths and snow drops bloomed over Christmas!

Guess who wrote to the Larriers?!

Yesterday morning a very special someone wrote a very special letter to the Larriers' of Second class. Please click on the picture above to see the enlarged letter, it's a great letter and we really think Santa must have visited the school some evening, he knows all about the Larriers and their fantastic work!

The G.P.O

This week the class were lucky enough to visit the G.P.O to post our Santa letters and learn about the history of An Post. The curator of the G.P.O Stephen Ferguson thought the boys all about the history of An Post and stamps in Ireland. As you can see they had a brilliant time.

Space Projects

The boys have been working very hard on their space projects this month. If you have any questions about space, Rang a Dó is the place to go....

Fighting With Words

The boys had a great time at Fighting with words on Thursday. They put all of their great ideas together to make a terrific story called 'Harry's Big Fear'.
The story is about Harry the Fishfinger and his best friend Super Egg. Harry's dream is to become a Gaelic football player, lets hope the evil fork referee doesn't put a stop to Harry's dream!
You will have to read one of the boy's books to find out what happens to Harry:)
